I have a 110" x 72" x 18" pool out in the back yard that gets no more than two hours sun per day. Water temps should hold between 72f-85f. The only other occupants are Least Killies and Marble Crays. The substrate is flower pots, PVC sections, Oak leaves and patches of gravel. My question is will the shrimp survive and a what pace will they breed?

I'd give it a go.

you could likely maintain lower temperatures if you wanted by putting the pool into a hole.

and also remember temperature gradients within the water too. it's likely to be cooler at the bottom; adding plants, for example water hyacinth, will give extra shade, and the roots will give the shrimp somewhere to hang out too.

Biggest issue is likely to be predation.
