Now that we are heading into the warmer months, I expect I will sometimes find some mosquito larvae in my bird bath. This happens sometimes when I get lazy and don't clean it often enough. Is it safe to feed those to my fish?

Many varieties of fish prey on mosquitoes. They won’t stop mosquitoes laying eggs, but they will eat the larvae and prevent them from growing into adults. Goldfish, white cloud minnows, zebra danios and the betta fish (also known as the Siamese fighting fish) are all excellent choices for controlling mosquito outbreaks in your pond.
I don't see how the other way around is any different - to bring the larvae into the house instead of bringing fish out to the larvae.

Yes, and if you even find the "egg raft" of the mosquito you can even put that into you aquarium or hatch them in a glass full of water.

I would be reluctant to feed them to my fish, for the same reason I no longer feed bloodworms to my fish. To much risk of parasites. Lost too many fish this way.

That is scary. What kinds of parasites might they get from mosquito larvae?
