After a long respite I am back into fishkeeping and have had a lot of trouble due to deseise already. Anyways can anyone offer me advice on how to set up and build a quarintene tank on the cheap? I would like to spend $15 or less if possible. I know plastic totes of appropriate size would work for this purpose (I am breeding ghost shrimp in a 15 gallon tote). Heaters seem to be the hitch, as the only heaters locally available start at $16. Air operated filters start at $6, however my air pump is already at capacity. Any advice?
