My neon tetra is coated with a fine layer of whitish stuff on it's body, not ich, too small
kind of fuzzy, but not like cottony moldy growths.
He's a goner, i can quickly tell, his dorsal fin is like eaten away and it looks pretty emaciated
how do i go about treating the rest of the tank?
Raise temperature?
add salt?
add some kind of medicine (what do you recommend, I don't keep any sort of fish meds)
