Another Knifefish question

I just got my Knifefish a "Ghost House" (plastic tube:p ) and it doesn't seem to know that it is even there. Is there anything that I should do to ease it in? I already tried chasing it in... that was a lost cause:rolleyes: :D

Is it African? Generally speaking, for most types of fish it will take a bit of time to grow comfortable with a new object in the tank. If you give it some time and it still isnt using it, dont worry- it doesnt need to. Most important thing for them is really plants. Also, they are nocturnal, so you might not be seeing all their activity.

When I turn off the light, theres enough light to see it (in the daytime) and it moves around. I had to take the tube out of the tank, because my Pleco kept on thrashing against it, and I didn't want the pleco to get hurt against the rocks:shake:
