Hello,

Is there any store which sells live food for fish in Atlanta?
I just moved here from NY where Blackworms sells everywhere but here I can't find one. My betta doesn't eat anything but live worms.

Thank you in advance .

I'm up in Lawrenceville, so I'm not entirely sure, but #1 your options are most likely in Atlanta proper; (I'm sure there are plenty of good LFSs in town itself), but have you tried the chain stores, like Petco? They sell crickets I know; if they don't sell worms they might be able to tell you were to get some. Otherwise, I know you can get refridgerated bloodworms there.

In anycase, it seems unusual that your betta will eat nothing else; have you tried feeding it pellets after a few days? A hungry betta is more cooperative than a well fed one and a few days without food won't do it any harm.

I used marineland's store locator and here are some places that sell their equipment. You could certainly call them and see what the deal is.

Hope that helps you and your betta!

Now it more than a week he doesn't eat. I tryed pallets and dried worms, no luck.

I get live blackworms delivered monthly from Aquatic Foods.
They are clean, well packed, and always live at least one month in worm-keepers in my fridge.
The company itself if a gem to work with, too- good people.
