Is adding 2 - 3 shrimp to the tank gonna take a big tole on the bio-load, i ask because ive heard of people with like 5 gallon tanks and they have like 10 ghost shrimp!? i think im gonna buy some red cherry shrimp and phino nosed shrimp, just wondering how much they'll effect stock/bioload

I would consider them the equivalent bioload as the same mass of fish. Red Cherry shrimp are fairly small; I'm not familiar with the other shrimp named, but could guesstimate based on adult size.

Depends on your system/current stocking levels.
They do add to your bioload, but since theyre so small, it should not be too much.

The bioload is negligeable with ghost, amano and cherry. Never heard of the other one either. 10 in a 5gal is OK, but there wouldn't be much room for them to roam around.
