Ok I'm thinking about changing some things around in both of my tanks, but not sure what I should do. My 20 gallon is understocked right now, but my 50 gallon is a little overstocked so I could use some help in what I should do to improve on the tanks. Here are what's in the tanks at this time:

50 gallon:

-1 brilliant rasbora (1.5 inch) - will not be adding anymore as I do not want any more of these.
-2 cardinals (2 inches) - don't really want any more of these for now.
-1 angel (6 inches)
-5 kuhlie loaches (20 inches)
-1 rainbow shark (4 inch)
-6 cories (6 inches)
-1 raphael talking catfish (4 inches)
-2 bristlenose plecos (8 inches)
-1 borneo loach (3 inches)
-2 glowlight tetras (2 inches)
TOTAL = 56.5 inches or so

20 gallon:
-4 pygmy cories (2 inches)
-2 ottos (2 inches)
-2 platies (4 inches)
-1 apple snail
TOTAL = 8 - 10 inches depending on what the snail would add.

So what I would like to know is what everyone would do with these tanks if they were yours. I know there is a lot of schooling fish that don't have schools right now, but if at all possible I don't really want to add any more to these fish. However, the cardenals are a possibility. Could anyone give me some good suggestions?

The temp stays steady at around 78, ph 7.5 and everything else is reading amonia 0, nitrite 0, nitrate I try and keep under 10. I have 2 aquaclear 300's on the 50, and 1 aquaclear 150 and one aquaclear mini on the 20.
