I just got a 70 gallon Oceanic Reef Ready aquarium which doesn't come with instructions. I think I've got it set up for the most part, except the drain pipe. Should this pipe (part with basket) be placed inside the overflow? Or hanging over the side into the tank?

I think it should go inside the overflow...Are these built in overflows? Go from top to bottom, with slots to allow the water to come in from the main part of the tank? If yes, then the pipe goes inside the overflow. You use it to raise the level of the water inside the overflow, so it won't drain all the way down if the power goes out.
