Ghost shrimp aren't all that important of a food to feed your fish. They're mostly water as also are brine shrimp. They're a nice ocasional treat & only nutricious if you gut-load them with something like algae wafers. If you can't find them at your lfs, just feed them something else, like people shrimp. (Much better for them.)

Actually I consider ghost shrimp quite nutritious, but I do gut-load all live foods. I don't consider them worthwhile to rear, to much effort for the payoff.

Live newly hatched brine shrimp are quite nutritious for fry if the right size to be eaten. Frozen baby brine I'm doubtful on. Live adult brine are nutritious if gut-loaded as stated. Frozen adult brine are not worth much IMHO if rinsed, and if not rinsed they dirty the water and are still not worth much.
