One of my guppies is appearing to show symptoms of tail rot. A few questions: is tail rot contagious? If so, how quickly does it spread? Is it really necessary to have a hospital tank (will medications stress other fish)? Is this a fatal disease? I appreciate any help, and cross your fingers for my guppy.
