Flexibacter, Black Molly Disease and Treatments?
I am pretty sure my molly has Flexibacter, he has the cotton like stuff around his mouth. We have a new tank, and our nitrites have finally spiked. We are doing 40% water changes to keep the levels down, but I think the nitrite has contributed to the molly's disease. What treatments can I do to save the molly, maintain the bio filter and the cycle, and keep the disease from getting my other two fish. (thus far, the guppies look fine). Thanks.
