They aren't saying it's going to erupt, just that is poses a bigger threat to local tourists than previously admitted. Scalding tourists is more likely, but not the same scale as an eruption.

In 10 years all most all will die from breathing in the ash...even a small bit

Worst case scenario, sure. That doesn't mean it will happen.

PumaWard--technology hasn't managed to solve a single environmental problem, including many which are the direct result of technology. I wouldn't put much faith in it now.
