Angel fish ? swim bladder

My angel fish acts like it's swim bladder could be hqaving problems the fish swims at about a 30% angel instead of straight up are they anything I can do to help the fish. I am new at keeping Angels My wife bought two large Angels over the weekend.

Is it just one angel, or both? what kind of current is there? (my angel turns into an underwater sailboat if it's facing the right direction in certian parts of the tank) What kind of lighting do you have? (I ask because fish can somtimes take thier cue as to which way is up from where the light is coming from, or so I've heard)
