Puffer is sick help!

He is swimming in circles and puffed up and was upside down for a while at the top.

We used to give him salt that was meant for a freshwater aquarium but two weeks ago added a bit of Sea Salt from a package we bought.

Do you think that would be causing this?

What kind of puffer do you have? How did you add the sea salt? Any idea what your water parameters are?

Any other changes to feeding, tank water, etc?

If you added salt from a package depending on what puffer you have it could affect him more than others, but when did this happen? right after you added the salt from the package or did it take a while after that for your puffer to get sick?
