Swim Bladder

I have a bala shark with a swim bladder problem (i think it's swim bladder because he is floating around the tank upside down / sideways / and cross ways ) He does occasionally flick his tail to try to right himself only to turn back over again. What's a cure for this? I tried finding some info on the net but was only coming up with antibiotics (which did not work last time I had a fish with swim bladder).
