has anyone seen one?

i saw a hand full at Petco. very small round guys, look pretty cool when swimming. pretty much stay sucking on the glass though.


anyone have experience with those little guys?

Actually, they sell these flounder as FW and they are brackish water fish. They will not last long in a FW aquarium. A friend of mine had set up a sand tank with 5 in there and they all died within a few months. Unless you have a brackish tank setup I would not recommend them. They also need a sand substrate or will be unhappy.

yes! this is it. 6 inch!! man, the ones i saw must be babies, their not bigger than a dime.

It's a flounder, not a hillstream loach. And yes they are brackish. Very cool fish, I'd get one but they wouldn't last long with my columbian shark.
