White bubble over Rams eye.

Hi,
A friend of mine has a Ram that has a milky white substance over one of his Rams eye :sick: , i have never kept Rams so i don't know what the fix would be :huh: . I reckon its some kind of fungus, would appreciate any help please.

ram in trouble

Hi,
Just finding out details of stae of tank..

Water changers 1/2 every week.#
Fish has been introduced to the tank a fortnight ago.
Ram was introduced with another ram that seems ok and also present in the tank are.
1 Red tailed Shark.
4 Zebra Danios
4 BARBS( 2 TIGER, 2 GREEN )
2 Corydoras, ( BRONZE AND A SPECKLED )
1 Pleco
Total of 14 fish in a 36 inch tank.

All other fish seem healthy.
Fish are being fed flakes and pellet discs once a day.
