im surprised that someone hasn't started makeing something that would land on that rock... why go to mars when you could pay off the national debt?
or would adding 2km diameter mass of metal to earth completely mess up our gravitational balance and kill tons of life by changing the tides and causing the moon to increase its slow plumit to earth...????
this opens up another can of worms... but id think that that much money would make many people risk an attempt at changing earth's gravity...
