hi to all,
I'm cycling my tank right now, so truly no need for light, however, when I do the 90% water change, I will plant the tank, that's a 30 G hex by the way. the light that came with the tank is a sorry looking perfecto strip with a 18W bulb, yikes!
I browsed around the web to find 20 inches strips and I'm really confused as to what would be my best choice, does anyone have a suggestion? I don't want to spend over $130 on the strip.
thanks

2' shop light with the special bulbs for the plants. It's a little longer than what your looking for but will be cheaper and ou could probably grow some terestrial plants beside the tank as well.

I believe Coralife makes a 21" 65 watt freshwater light. Ive seen it for 60 - 80.
