Does any one know where I might find a picture of velvet or fungus on a fish?

I recently received a couple of “gifts”. They are two beautiful sail fin mollies. Unfortunately, I was not really prepared for new fish and was not able to quarantine them. One fish has white spots developing on her tail. I do not think this is ich, but I could be wrong. The spots are a little blurry(which is why I do not think it is ich). At first I was hoping it was just a injury, but she has a couple more spots today. Otherwise she seems to be healthy. My water parameters are normal, and yesterday I did a large water change for good measure.

These are the best pictures I can post. In real life the spots are a bit bolder/clearer. Suggestions would be appreciated.

Yeah… I know the spots are difficult to see. They are white spots on a very pale fish. Frankly they could be injuries, even the new ones. The boys have been very interested in her . My main worry is that I am headed out of town next week for nine days. So, I will not be able to treat the fish while I am gone. I also do not want to use salt unless I am sure it is ich or velvet. I have Cory cats and some fry that could be sensitive to it ( I have plants too, but I do not care that much about the plants).

If I do come up with a firm diagnosis I could move her to a small tank that has no filter, just for treatment. But obviously that only work for certain treatments and would not be ideal.

Oh well, at the moment I am just being a worry wort, but if anyone else has been in a sticky situation I would love the advice.
