I have had 2 ADF's in a 5 gallon tank for about 8 months now. Yesterday, I couldn't find one at feeding time, and today I found her with a yellowish fungus covering one of her back feet. She is not moving it very well either. I can't tell if it's broken.
There is no blood, and I don't know if she got it wedged under something and injured it.
What can I use for her? I would like to stay away from salt if possible. I do have Maroxy. Is this safe for ADF's? and at what dosage?
I have moved her tankmate (another ADF) into another (non-populated) tank and plan on using the 5gallon she's in for a hospital tank. I hope it's not too late. I love these guys....
Thank you,
Michele
