Ok so today (following the massive death of my tetras
) I decided to do a 50% water change and really give the gravel a good hard vaccuming. I did the water change as usual, filtering through a water filter (Brita) before adding new water into the tank. I'm topping the tank up when i turn on the light and to my surprise see a tiny snail hanging on the underside of a leaf!!!
How in the hell did he get there?? I've never bought snails before and up until now I have never had anything resembling a mollusk in my tank. Couldnt have come from my water source, its always filtered (unless someone knows of them getting into the water??)
Anyone have any ideas? He's a tiny little guy with an almost transparent shell. Thats all I know about him for now. My ram doesnt seem too bothered by him and my two otos are never bothered by anything.
