This is the best pic I could get. They are nocturnal and maybe 2mm long. (extremely tiny). They swim pretty fast but latch onto the sides of the tank like in the photo. They kind of resemble a small bristleworm but they swim pretty fast...

It's a member of the Polychaeta but, I can't tell you exactly which one. They are one of the most numerous species of worms in the oceans and are pretty closely related to earth worms. In the home tank most of them are harmless scavengers.

yup, definitely looks like a polychaete to me. As Max said, there are tons of them and I don't even pretend to know how to ID them any further than that. And as he also said, most are free-living scavengers that are harmless. Some polychaetes are proficient hunters, but those would be identifiable by gnarly feeding palps and jaws on their heads.
