My water was very cloudy, but slowly it's starting to become clearer, can this mean that my cycle is also slowly starting to be finished, or not, not at all. my 20 gallon has been cycling for a little over a week.

I doubt your tank has cycled in a week. The only way to know is to get a master test kit that tests for Ammonia, Nitrite, and Nitrate.

A cycled tank will read:

Ammonia: 0ppm
Nitrite: 0ppm
Nitrate: below .25ppm

I'll answer....

No, the water clearing does not mean your tank is cycled.

I can think of five other threads you have started in relationship to cycling your tank. In all those threads, numerous people have explained how to do a ccyle and how to tell when it is complete. Here is one of them...

Have you obtained a liquid test kit yet? What are your tank parameters on pH, ammonia, nitrites and nitrates?

You are getting very reasonable help, can you offer some back to us? Thanks.
