I have a wonderful 24.55 US Gallon tank that according the the FishTank program by Mike Boone of Boonedocks Software that has a water volume of 22.27 US Gallons of water. I several plants of the same type in my tank that I am not sure of the name of. But of all the plants I did have this is the only plant that my snail will not eat.
I do not have my tank up to total fish lenth of 27 inches. I am planning of adding a few more fish next month from a friend who has baby Mollys she is going up for me before I put them in my tank. Right now I have 5 tetra, 2 plecos and about 5 feeder guppies in my tank.
I am looking for plants that Hern will not eat. I do feed him peices of lettuce that I place on the bottom held down by a stone.
Hern is a biggus snail I am not exactly sure, but I think he is an apple snail. If you know for sure please get back to me with this info.
