Well, I have a rather hungry Pictus and upon receiving some feeder fish...I discovered this one in the bag! He is about 3 inches, he was about 3/4" about 2 years ago. I removed him from the feeders and became an interesting addition to my collection!

It took me about 15 minutes to upload a picture...keeps erroring out...so 1 out of 3 pictures...




I guess there is a limit to the size of the pictures..here is a second one!

i believe it's a juvenile Distichodus ... probably noboli.

The lack of an adipose fin tells me its not a characin and therefore not a Distichodus. Definitely a cyprinid. If I were to guess, I would guess the Skin-head barb Cyclocheilichthys apogon :confused:
