General info on ghost shrimp

Heylo,
I have a few ghost shrimp and would like some more information on them. Anything basic, such as sexing and bredding habits (if known), preferred foods, and ideal conditions would be appreciated.

Not quite...

My shrimp are used commonly as feeders for oscars and other cichlids. They are perfectly clear except for their internals.
