I think he's beautiful! Was he like that when you got him or did it happen since you've brought him home? What are his tankmates?
Most likely Bag Burn. When a fish is put into the shipping bag it causes an Ammonia Spike and the fish usually end up getting some sort of burns from the high Ammonia levels. Most (about 99%) of the time The fish recovers fine from it and grow any fins burned back.
Nice Maroon clown if I am not mistakin, mine had the same thing and now he's back to perfect health. fins regrew etc
