Figure 8 puffers are also a possibity. They get about 2 to 3 inchese and are fun fish with big personalities. They are also less aggressive than green spotted puffers so you could try housing gobbies with them. They usually require less brackish around 1.005
My First Brakishwater Tank and Questions

Set-up is on hold, have issues to deal with (could be getting toxins in tank from contruction on house) so I can't go forward with anything.
I have read the whole forum and also have just started a Brackish tank. Just put a Fugure 8 and a green spotted in the tank. been in their for 4 hours and they are looking good. I am having a hard time getting answers about what kind of plants I can put in the tank. Also a random question I live ocean front can I just take a piece of driftwood out of the ocean and put it in the tank or do I need to scrub and boil it?
