As long as you stick to it being a FOWLR, there's no minimum lighting requirements that you have to try and meet. If you start adding anything that is photosynthetic, it's really not a FOWLR anymore, and then you'll need to be more concerned. You can choose whatever lighting suits your needs for viewing the tank, including what you've listed.
