Discus fungus white like circle furry cottonball looking

:1zhelp: Been awhile since I have been on the site, been real busy. I was gone for two days came back and my adult female discus has white furry like patch on her. What do I need to do or use to get her back to health? HELP! This is the first time I have had deal with this. I also use a foam filter instead of my charcoal activated canister water filters in my other tanks could this have led to this problem?

I figured pics would be needed but my camera is dead. The para's are 0 for Nitrates, 0 Nitrites, 0 Ammonia, and Ph is 6.0. The other fish her mate seems fine for now. All I can do until I get pics is give a description stringy white flowing stuff off a white spot. Not sure.

The female seemed to be stressed unlike the male. So, I added extra Stress coat and checked para's. The temp is 84 F
