75 gallon community stocking

Well in my experience with the glofish they don't seem to last long. Especially if there is any type of spike in water quality. I used to get some that would after a simple water change. I do have about 6 in my tank and 3 glotetras. They are doing much better and seem to be doing very well since my tank and sump have finally cycled.
They are a great addition and add some amazing color. All I'm saying is don't rush out and buy them right away. Give your tank at least 2 months then get them.

Some things to think about....you could keep the stated fish all in your 75....I agree. But, just IMO...which is only my opinion, I think you might like the look of narrowing down the species but having larger schools. For example, the angels will work very well with the Cardinal tetras. I have a school of 20 in my 55 and it is stunning. They stay together pretty well and it looks really nice.
So for me, I would do 4 angels, and 2 large schools of your choice (the cardinals and black phantoms would look awesome IMO), a school of cories...you could do 8 or so(even 4 green and 4 albino), your upside down cats and you would have a very beautiful, active tank. If you want something like the glo fish...IMO you are better off with glow light tetras. Very pretty but much cheaper and MUCH hardier than glo fish. I have also had difficulty with the glo fish.

Decision, decisions!

I am looking back at your post...you could still also do the rams....but add them last. They are sensitive. Infact if you can find bolivian rams it would better. They are much hardier and just as pretty.

Thanks for the info...and now that I think about it...2 large schools would look awesome...hmmm this is gonna be exciting :D ty everyone
