Blue's Ecoxotic Cube

hmm.. nice, I tried several non chemical methods.. those little blue damsels just wreaked havok for me

chemical treatment has always worked fine for me since you can replace a lot of water for little $. just depends on how attatched you are to your fish. coral will be fine. my 14 biocube gets 40% w/c bi-monthly.. all fish still alive
1 clownfish, 1 neon goby, 1 geometric hawkfish in it

Word, dude. That tank and its inhabitants are pretty sick. Sorry to hear about your depressed jumpers though. My roommate recently rescued my 6-line wrasse from the cats after it decided it couldn't take it anymore :p Sweet tank. +9 for awesomeness.

Thanks!

This isn't the typical blue damsel. It's a springeri damsel. It's "suppose" to be one of the least aggressive damsels and are known to eat flat worms. Today I tested him a bit to see how he would react to a mirror. Well he hid from it and turned very dark. Then he tried to go about picking at the rocks like normal but wouldn't swim in the open when the mirror was out. Interesting.

Here are some pictures I got today.

Freakishly real looking molt

Accidental picture of my damsel. He freaked out after this. It's the one and only picture I have of him.

looking so good. I know what you mean by the molt, when one of our emerald crabs molted we thought he died until we saw both of them at the same time.

Very nice! Already starting to fill in a little.

he's gorgeous

ZzzzZZ... Stop posting pretty pics! Everytime I see one i want, I go online and spend bazillions... I just flushed 1k to get a new tank specifically for dwarf baby tears because some guy on youtube made me jealous... hahaha now I want to copy yours too! Very nice tank you got there!
