got a question regarding a 10 gallon

sorry for the delay all. have the urge to set up the 55.... but no room now.. ugh.. so yeah going to do with the 10 for now.. and i may just give the female betta to my neighber and see if she wants to trade for a few guppys/platys ( ones i gave her last year, have been reproducing good ) and gave her my pair of swords, but no babys from them yet sadly.. so i may just do a guppy/platy with a 10 gallon with some shirmps..how does that sound?
My guppies destroy any shrimp 1/2 inch or less. Make sure you either have lots of cover for your shrimp or you wont have a breeding population.
