The cheapest ich treatment is a little salt and up the heat a few degrees.

I hate using chemicals if there is no absolute need to do so.

Looks like your tank is a 20T, and overstocked, I'd cut back on the number of mollies but if your going to keep them you need to do weekly water changes of 25-50%, and get better filtration like an AC50 or 70.

I fully agree with you, I just suggested it because the normal salt and heat might do more harm with the ammonia being high.

I've often wondered if my filter was powerful enough, because it seemed right for the tank when i bought it, but it doesn't seem to keep the tank clean enough.

Just to update you guys, because you've all been really helpful, I did a 20% water change to help the ammonia. It helped big time, went from about a 4.0, to probably a .50 or so. So that's a relief. I put the temperature up to like 75 and added some aquarium salt. The fish are looking normal, even the infected ones. Would tomorrow be too soon to crank the temperature up? I don't want to shock em anymore than they already have been. Thanks again guys.
