Pic isn't very clear. Could be a wound or some sort of lesion. In either case actions to prevent secondary infection would be a good start. A large water change, addition of salt, possibly Melafix would all help in that regard. If it's an injury an adjustment to the tank's stocking might be a good idea.

Although blur, reminded of fish TB occurences on CA/SA cichlids (carpintis, texas cichlids, Rainbow, Geos, JF, etc. etc.) due to INDUCED PROLONGED EXPOSURES to very acidic water, some way below 6.0.
