Help me with these spots!!

The tank has been running for over a year. And i also have a rainbow shark. The newest fish added were the clown loaches. I think i went wrong when i didnt quarantine them. I am going to check the ph and ammonia levels again.

Definately keep up on those water changes. You are definately not overstocked. Have you done anything new lately or added any fish? I am guessing the answer is no....

Yes, recently added the 4 clown loaches. I didnt quarantine them and thats when everything started. I will get you guys some water levels in a minute.

The only meds you can mix are Melafix and Pimafix. These are a holistic treatment that you can treat all your fish with... one emphasis bacterial remedy and one emphasis fungal treatment. If you are unsure what it is try the all inclusive rememdy Tetra's Lifeguard mixed with Mela and Pima. Do not mix any other medications other than Melafix and Pimafix.... these say you can mix them on the directions and on the website; it is actually recommended that you do mix them. But like Kayla said, water parameters and other information would help.
I'm going to have to disagree with some of this. First, Regardless of how they are marketed, Melaxfix and Pimafix are not medications. They may provide some symptomatic relief but are not true anti-fungals/anti-bacterials and willl not stop the underlying infection/illness. Second, some medications can be used in combination — and many products already combine different ingredients to treat multiple types of infections. It's best to not mix meds in a tank on your own, however, due to the risk of creating a toxic combination.

jglk90 — If you have not done so yet, I urge you to read these stickies for information on illnesses and treatments.

Also, your nitrates are pretty high. I recommend 50% water changes daily until you get the nitrates down under 20ppm consistently, just for the general health of the fish.
