Ok, I looked and what you said was true most of the posting was during the day when there wasn't much going on. Sorry, it was just something I noticed and it bugged me a little just trying to cover as much as I can while I am here.

I will be leaving to go to work here in about an hour wanted to see if anything new had come up and well it hasn't, I will not be here tonight for the Lynching...so fellow townies if something comes up please make the necessary changes it would be GREAT to get a Mafia the first night and hopefully the mafia will "hit" each other an miss us!:thumbsup:
I really will be missing most of the lynchs that is the one thing I hate with the lynchings being at night (which does make most sense) but I usually work night and the night of the lynchs I HATE BEING AT WORK...all night I keep thinking about this **** game if we had Internet access at work I probably would of been fired by now.....Oh you need a drink? Just a minute they are about to lynch so and so...oh hang on Ice just said that Charlie looks Mafia:evil_lol:

I also want to ask....

All of you that think because of my morning post that I might be mafia, why stay on Sway then? I know if I thought the train starter was mafia I would have switched to another suspect, or even to me. I might have to look into all the names claiming I'm trying to protect myself, might get a good mafia list there.

My 1st vote was nothing more than that.A quick vote to get things rolling. 2 people had already posted numerous times about Sway and her not going to be around post. But no one wanted to be the 1st voter, for the very reason that they didn't want to be a train starter.

I voted to get discussions going. I DIDN'T know that EVERYONE was just going to jump in and vote Sway. I was looking for a Sway response and for anyone that would try to protect her. I kept the pressure on because no one was saying anything. I wanted discussion not just votes. Train voting doesn't help us find mafia, it doesn't force response or defensiveness.

When I woke up this morning and saw how everyone jumped on her train it made me nervous. Maybe she isn't Mafia after all. I wanted to make sure just because I was the 1st to vote doesn't mean I knew one way or the other and didn't want to be held accountable for something 2 other people actually started. I'm not trying to distance myself, you are all mafia until proven different. I just didn't like what I saw happening.

I don't understand Sways post about showing up innocent if she is the Don, the Dons role is displayed upon death.


I'm not convinced that Sway is innocent even after her responses. I think she over did it with multiple posts, but I have also been wary of Jo for better reasons. He has back peddled many times already and has done it again. He looks more mafia to me then Sway does, but I don't want to switch just to have everyone follow me again.

I AM NOT GOD don't follow me just because you think I play this game well. Follow me because you see the same thing.

Which brings me to another point. Why would I be anymore a target then the others that have jumped on after me. Isn't it more likely that the mafia saw a chance to get a train rolling and once 3 or 4 votes fell they just piled on?

We can't think with the normal wisdom of past games. With 2 teams there is no normal vote pattern. Not until we whittle the numbers down.

That post does make alot of since to me (well except the part you are not god I just knew for sure you were). I am not voting her because you said so though, what you and others pointed out made very good since to me her following post did not add up in my mind either. Especially the one she said she had her sons b-day (Not that I don't believe it was his b-day) just I don't understand why she wouldn't of said that before, after all she had posted several times she wouldn't be posting much wouldn't it had made since to add that in one?
 
Ice, i still do like your reasons for swayde, i never didnt like your reasons for swayde. However the thing that i DONT like is that fact that you dont want to be associated in voting for her in case she isnt mafia.


Also, you say you are wary of me, but you were last game too, and the game before that and the game before that.... I play a different style, but it doesnt make me mafia.

Not that I don't want to be associated. I don't want to be looked at as the one that started it. Someone had to put in a vote, just because I wasn't scared to get some discussion going I shouldn't be penalized. Its a 1st day vote. No body knows anything. I do agree as you get further into the game a 1st vote can tell lots,especially when you can start grouping people together due to voting patterns.

I wanted people to know that its easier for the mafia to get a train rolling after a vote is placed since there are more of them. Lets say Sway is innocent. The mafia see my vote then see 2 more people jump on. They each throw 2 voters in. Thats 7 votes already. Thats enough to be considered a train and the rest just follow because they have no better suspect.

We're all accountable as we all have our votes on Sway.

Sway- reasons posted already
Ice- pointed out who actually started the sway train too many times
KOTD- odd post last night, then comes back and says that he got the days confused...coinsidence? maybe...

My thoughts so far on some folks...

Jo- My only strong (as strong as they get for day 1) suspect. See below. Looks like there really may be some "speed reading" going on.

Swayde- The first suspicions were cast because of the warnings about not having much time to post (in both threads). The flurry of posts last night is more alarming to me than that was.

Sploke- Voting by "gut feeling" for which I believe he and other's (myself included until I figured out CL) bashed CL for.

Ice- The "back-peddle" is curious. The explanation is plausible, but I don't necessarily believe it (or anything else) 100%.

KOTD- Wouldn't be on and then thought today to look at when the game was (after being called out by a few people for low posts)


Too many people followed onto Swayde for my liking and quite a few without even posting a reason, just "I agree". There are mafia in abundance on that list of voters I believe.

Then "I dont know what everyone else is thinking" and a vote threat, but no vote. This looks like he's trying to make the thought his own and then fishing to me.
