at wit's end, need help! pic heavy

i took a peek in there yesterday and it looked quite a bit better. but im wondering, even if it's cleared up when i uncover and i do yet another WC, who's to say the cyano won't just come right back? where the heck did it come from in the first place? could the LS or the LR be responsible? nothing is new in there...

As i have done with others, and mine own i want to add, is that once you uncover it, you can look to see "where" in the tank it starts to form again, and this will hopefully point towards the source....Am glad its looking better... :)

ok well after uncovering the tank there is NO red slime to be seen! :woot: but i also still can't see the yellow watchman... if he's still mia tomorrow i think i'll have to move the rocks around as it's been at least a week and a half now since i've seen him. he has a burrow in the back tho and hides well so im not really that concerned, he's been in hiding since the maxi-jet was added, he is not fond of all the added flow. and the 10k bulbs came in so i went ahead and put the top back on the tank with the new 10k and the old actnics still. hopefully the new actinics will be here this week. i'll post pics soon!

Sounds wonderfull.....we just need to pin down the source in the tank of where the cyano is starting to form...."hopefully", with the lighting change, it wont re-appear...Great news Salty :)
