WTB Pump for my Sump - Shipped to CERES, CA 95307

I need a water pump from 700 - 800 gallons per hour and in Working Condition if the flow rate is adjustable that would be ideal, it needs to have a vinly hose return line connection on the pump its for my wet dry filter which will have about 3 1/2 foot head back to the tank (prefer the pump to be submersible not in-line).
Please let me know what you have, the condition and PLEASE it must be ready to use and not have pieces missing. I need it shipped if your not local so total for pump and postage mailed to: CERES, CA 95307 ?
