oh I am soooo in! it sounds like food, entertainment, etc. is all covered but let me know if I can help by bringing more supplies (pop up tents, portable tables, propane, etc)
once the list is compiled I assume there will be a reminder email/PM sent a month or two ahead of the actual date? i don't even have a 2011 calendar yet!

I will talk to the girlfriend and see if she want's to do a road trip. Don't have alot of funds right now as we are both students, But I love camping and road trips.. Put me on the maybe list!
We are in Toronto, Ont. Will be one hell of a road trip hehe.
My dad goes there to race slot cars once in awhile so he might have a good route for me to take.

Due to business complications and to ensure that this turns out to be a real hum dinger of a get together the date has been pushed off till 2011.
I had to deal with some issue and could yet still pull this off, but I would the rather not just pull it off but make it pop.
I spoke with the zig in pm about this and consensus is that 3rd or 4th weekend of august 2011 is the better time to put this out.
Watch for the thread thanks and looking forward.
