I would like to thank all the people who responded to my plea. My LFS finally got some CRS in today and I bought 4. One looked like she was carrying eggs in here abdomen and sure enough I saw a new born on the glass just a few hours after putting them in my tank. I also bought a blue Platy. After some more research I have decided against the Neon Tetras. From what I understand they are not a very active fish, so I will stick with my Platies for now and when I set up my 20 gallon re-access what other fish to add. I'm also looking/trying to get some Java Fern and Java Moss.
