Suction cups on Hagen Mini Elite

How do I fix this? The suction cups are no longer holding and I dunno how to remove them since the rubber goes pretty deep, like it's all one unit. Hagan doesn't sell replacement cups?

Kind of hard to just replace them when it's like I described. Please read more thoroughly.

Your description leaves allot to be desired. The example was not Hagan but some kind of after market replacement. I'm sure you can figure it out.
