Cherries look happy haha! Remember not to purchase any other shrimps of Neocaridina species unless you want more of the same ones you already have! But they will definitely breed soon! looking good!
The bottom tank is tempting me...but I must resist. It's a fry tank! Maybe shrimp can chill in a fry tank...

I would recommend getting another thermometer and spot checking the temps. Those Coralife thermometers are notorious for being inaccurate, apparently. They're not very well reviewed. In one review, the reviewer alleges that he had 4 on a tank, and they all showed different temperatures.
Right on. I'm not the least bit worried about my temperature. The reviews for the aqueon pro's are around 100%. Between them and this thermometer I have a good idea of what the temp is, give or take a degree or two worst case scenario. I have two and put them in the same tank and they were .2° off.
