Trap them in the big end of a funnel, use your finger to plug the small hole. Harder yet safer than baster, but using the baster method is by far the easiest.
I would tank pictures but the parents have moved the fry under some bunched up drift wood in the back of the tank and the parents only dart out to feed!!!
The parents may or may not lose interest and start eating the fry. It can take a few tries before they get their act together.
At any rate, with only a 10 gallon tank you probably should go ahead and get them in another tank with room to grow out.
