Here is sort of what I was talking about, I swear I saw one that was done with just 3 pieces of acrylic but these appear to be 4. I forget exactly what website they originally came from, I had saved them to my computer.





Though the plans in my head were slightly different - using a durso style standpipe top piece in the outside overflow box to minimize noise, that would also probably eliminate the need for the baffle in the outside box.

Thanks for the info. If I build a HOB overflow I'll inlcude one. And after looking into the product I might just be building my auto nutrient dosing system a whole lot cheaper than I thought possible!
