It can only better than nicotine residue from a standard cig...The ejuice itself is quite simple really besides the nicotine content...Its either just PG (propylene glycol) or VG (vegetable glycerine), neither of which are harmful...A lot of people actually take vegetable glycerine for a sore throat...lol...

I vape all day and so do the other 5 people that live in my house... Nothing wrong in my tanks so far and it's been over a year. If that helps the discussion any.

Well idk how much you use your e-cigarette, but if you use it occasionaly and the room isn't too small then I wouldn't worry. However if you use it heavily and the room is on the small side I would think there may be some affects over time. If you keep up with water changes I honestly don't see how there can be a noticeable affect.
