Okay, I have to know. What is a "langer" or the meaning of it? :D

I know here in Indiana I hear "isn't it" pronounced more like "iznit" (one word) and one thing that's always made me wonder...Say someone says to you "I can't go to the movies with you." the response is always "How come?" I just find that an odd phrasing. Is it just here in IN or is it common all over? I was born and raised here but don't use "How come?" I love English-English and a Scottish accent makes me weak in the knees. lol

A langer is a person who is a messer, joker trickartist.
To be langers is to be pretty drunk.

Heres another "craic" :D

LOL. I may or may not have been "langers" at various times in my life. :D funny

After langers, I'm afraid to guess on craic. When I say it in my head sounds like "crack" lol, so......uhm.....no clue.

Its from an irish saying often seen over old pub doors. Craic agus ceol. Meaning music and a real atmosphere. We now loosely use it when asking another have they any news. "any craic with you?"
