^They do the same where I use to work... Very fast and effective once you get the hang of it.

I'm going to have to try that technique. I used to skin catfish with pliers when I was a kid. I never liked doing it, but I definitely liked the eating part....

Probably caught 30. Threw most of 'em back. Caught a few bullheads, bream and carp too... didn't keep any of them either.
